Return & Refund Policy
Palmetto Print Works creates made-to-order, personalized, and original physical and digital products. Because many of our products are produced specifically for each customer, return eligibility varies by product type.
Personalized and Made-to-Order Products
Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund for change of mind, incorrect customer selections, or errors in customer-provided personalization.
Please carefully review names, spelling, size, shape, font, color, and other customization selections before submitting your order.
If Palmetto Print Works makes an error in producing your order, or if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@palmettoprintworks.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the claim and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Non-Custom Physical Products
Eligible non-custom physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The 30-day return period begins on the date the order is marked delivered by the carrier.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any included parts or accessories.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Palmetto Print Works.
Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Digital Products
Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once the digital files have been delivered or made available for download.
If you experience a technical problem with a file, receive the wrong file, or are unable to access your purchase, contact us at contact@palmettoprintworks.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with photographs and your order number so we can evaluate the issue.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before production begins.
Once production of a personalized or made-to-order physical item has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Digital products cannot be canceled once the files have been delivered or made available for download.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after approval may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Palmetto Print Works.
