Every caddy is made to order: printed, packaged, and shipped within 3–5 business days, plus carrier transit time. Standard shipping is free on US orders of $35 or more.

Returns & replacements

Because each caddy is made to order, it isn’t eligible for return or exchange for change of mind or incorrect selections. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or we made an error, email contact@palmettoprintworks.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll review it and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate. Orders can be canceled for a full refund before production begins. See our Refund Policy.
