What’s included
One personalized 3D printed Pet AirTag Holder. Apple AirTag, pet collar, split ring, leash, and any other accessories shown in product photos are not included. Photos are for demonstration purposes only.
Care
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap; don’t soak or put in the dishwasher.
- Keep away from high heat (for example, a hot car dashboard), as PLA can soften.
- Check the fit on the collar regularly and replace the holder if it shows wear.
Because each item is individually 3D printed, minor layer lines or small surface variations may be visible. These are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and do not affect function.
Made to order in South Carolina
Every holder is made to order: printed, packaged, and shipped within 3–5 business days, plus carrier transit time.
Returns & replacements
Because each holder is personalized, it isn’t eligible for return or exchange for change of mind, incorrect selections, or errors in customer-provided personalization. If your holder arrives damaged or defective, or we made an error, email contact@palmettoprintworks.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll review it and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate. Orders can be canceled for a full refund before production begins. See our Refund Policy.
